Paradise Falls Hike

Saturday, March 24 at 9am. Paradise Falls plunges into a large pool along the Arroyo Conejo in Thousand Oaks. Below the falls is a rock grotto that looks alien to the surrounding landscape. Step on stones along cattails below the pool, for your best view of the falls. The hike is ~3-4 miles roundtrip with an total elevation gain of ~800 feet. Meet promptly at 9am in the main dirt parking lot Directions to the trailhead: Take the Ventura Fwy (101) to Thousand Oaks, exit at Lynn Road, head north for ~2.5 miles on Lynn Road, and turn left on Avenido de los Arboles. Drive ~1 mile on Avenido de los Arboles to the end of the street and loop around and park in the dirt parking lot.
