Annual Lake Cachuma Campout at Live Oak Campground

Cachuma Lake camping with views of the lake and mountains...$150 per person includes: 5 meals (3 breakfasts & 2 dinners) plus a cocktail party on Thursday

Appetizer contest on Thursday! Karaoke contest on Friday! And live music on Saturday night!  Saturday: Dress is Red, White & Blue for America’s 250th year.
Sunday morning: Joke Contest – Also, a raffle for a free trip

Bring an RV, a trailer, or a tent, or sleep under the stars. We have 20 acres all to
ourselves. Very nice restrooms and showers. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Live Oak campground – located 12 miles north of Santa Barbara, off the 154 Highway

About Lake Cachuma: 2225 Highway 154

Campsites 1-121 have full hookups; sites 149-179 have water & electric hookups; the rest are standard (no-hookup) campsites. There are also 7 yurts, 8 cabins, and several group camping areas.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, laundry facilities, hot showers ($), a dump station, playground, general store, marina, cafe, recreation hall, nature center, swimming pool, and trailer storage. There’s also a boat launch by the marina (boat rentals, bait & tackle available).

Cachuma Lake – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking, swimming (in a pool), picnicking, and wildlife viewing. Lake tours/cruises are also available.  Body contact with the lake/water is not allowed.
